Welcome to RBC Centura Bank!

Allow us to introduce ourselves, we're RBC Centura. We just acquired 39 AmSouth Bank branches in Alabama. And, we know that when you have an established relationship with a bank, any change can be a little unsettling - especially when the new bank isn't one you're as familiar with. So we'd like to take this opportunity to tell you who we are and what we believe. All in the hope of making a smoother transition not for us, but for you.

As with any conversion of this scale, there are always a few bumps in the road. And we want you to know that we are working around the clock to resolve any and all of these issues. It is our goal to ensure you have answers to your questions and solutions to your problems as quickly as possible.

Many of your initial questions may be similar, so we have created a list of the top questions and answers. If you have a question or issue, please review this list. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, then please call 1-800-406-0807, which is a special line created just for former AmSouth customers. However, you can also call 1-800-CENTURA for assistance. Please note that due to high call volumes you may experience a longer wait than normal.

What We Believe

For over 100 years, RBC Centura has made it our mission to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers, communities and businesses across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Florida - and now Alabama. Backed by one of the top 10 financial institutions in North America, our network includes more than 300 full-service branches, an extensive ATM network and telephone and Internet banking.

But we're not a bank that's driven solely by the desire to get bigger. We're a bank that believes our size is best determined by the size of our customers. We understand that giant isn't just about size - it's about impact. From a family looking to begin saving for their child's education, to a business needing to expand their number of locations, we understand that giant is different for each of our customers. That's why we're committed to making a difference in your life by working with you to fulfill your needs and aspirations, whatever size they may be.

That's why you'll find us staffed by a local team of familiar, trusted faces, each one backed by global financial resources, expertise and experience. All ready to deliver more proactive advice, proven ideas and dedicated service than you expect from a bank. And all committed to getting giant things done for you.
